Shipping
Flat Rate in the Continental US. If the unit is in stock it will be shipped within 1 business day of when the order is taken. The credit card/form of payment will not be charged until the item is ready for shipment.
Returns
You may return a product within 30 days if you are not completely satisfied.
If you decide to return the product-see NOTE below. Since we do not charge a restocking fee, please allow 45 days from our receipt of your return for your refund. Shipping charges are not refundable.
If you buy an ICAP Unit from a Dealer, please contact them regarding their return policy as this only applies to purchases that are purchased on the www.icaptech.com website or through I CAP Technologies.
NOTE: You need to call us at 1-866-401-ICAP to get a Return Merchandise Authorization number before you return the product. The product must be received at our Returns Center within 15 days from the RMA issue date. Shipping/handling is not refundable. Customer assumes all responsibility for returned item before it is received at our Returns Center.
Once we receive the returned unit please allow a minimum of 45 days from the date of our receipt of delivery for a refund excluding shipping. Items should be returned in their original condition and packaging.
Exchanges
If you received a faulty item and need to exchange it for the same item, call our toll-free number 1 866 401-ICAP (4227) to request a replacement. Please note that it takes us 3 to 5 business days to process exchanges once they arrive at our Returns Center.
International Orders - Taxes & Duties
Buyer is responsible for any and all excise, import, export or other taxes applicable to the purchase. ICAP™ is required by law to state the value of the product on the shipping documents for customs. We cannot ship our units as a "gift or sample." Note: If the buyer refuses to pay the customs fees/taxes and the product is returned to us, the amount will be deducted from the refund amount. |
