Update from Mitchell
As Ray and I travel around to different conferences, meeting professional researchers, scientists and practitioners, we have learned that there are a few aspects of it that have ignited the imagination of those who are familiar with EEG types of measurement. They are astonished to find that with the ICAP™ Release Meter, we have a created a fully functioning, tiny, wireless, gel-free EEG sensor. In the EEG world, this is unheard of.

Typically, to garner the kind of valuable information an EEG yields, a researcher would have to get fairly messy with gels, caps and sometimes shave parts of the scalp. Part of the genius of the ICAP™ Release Meter system is that you still have access to the same data, simplified for all to understand, and without all the unpleasant aspects of accessing it.

What really makes the ICAP Release Meter special is not its features, convenient as they may be, but its ability to measure out “progress on the path”. Whether we see this as measuring the stress we’ve accumulated but are now reducing, or lower levels allowing us to concentrate and focus on what we’re doing, be it a sport or a chess game, or whether we see it as a measure of our gaining greater access to self-mastery on a spiritual journey, we get to enjoy the pleasure of “seeing where we are” on the map of awareness and consciousness.

Affiliates are amazing!
And affiliates, notice a new service that we're modeling showing how ICAP™ Technologies is getting out and showing why the ICAP™ Release Meter system is so amazing. Many of our affiliates are helping immensly with block sales and opportunities to connect with people. We love all of the help we have in your getting the message out to the world about this amazing product. And we appreciate your continued support and involvement so that we can reach many more people than just Ray and I can meet and greet in a day!

Our intention is to get the ICAP™ Release Meter on 10,000 heads in the next five months and also to increase the amount of block sales that our affiliates and partners can not only purchase but sell through easily to powerfully increase their earnings.

We're allowing the ICAP™ Release Meter to move out into the world with ease and joy - and we'd like you to be a part of it.

Sincerely,
Mitchell Jay Rabin, M.A., L.AC

ICAP™ Technologies August West Coast Tour
ICAP™ Technologies is on the move in August giving talks on the “Pleasure of Stress Reduction Using the ICAP” where we’ve been asked to support ICAP™ Technologies affiliates who have arranged groups for us to speak with.

Please notify Mitchell if you'd like us to work you in on our tour. You would provide a space and a gathering of interested people and we provide the “entertainment.” We’ll give a talk on the Pleasures of Alpha, of releasing old, unwanted programs, the joy of being in “The Zone”, living a healthier, more youthful life by using the ICAP™ Release Meter System. We will also be bringing boxed ICAP™ Release Meter's that will be sold under your affiliate banner.

The schedule is getting tight, but it is still malleable. As are we! Let us know if you'd like to put together a gathering today! If we can't work you in on this trip we'll do it on the next!

PRACTICE TIPS > Trying Vs. Allowing

Trying versus Allowing
We thought it would be fun this month to return to our discussion of practicing with the ICAP™ Release Meter System.

Much of the practice that we have with the ICAP™ Release Meter involves seeing how our mind is reactive - often when we don't even realize it. As we practice seeing these spikes in the subconscious mind's activity we begin to relate it to the results and behaviors that keep happening in our lives.

This automatic, reactive behavior plays out in our lives as habitual behaviors that often do not serve to head us in the direction that we really would like to go.

It's kind of like swimming against a riptide when we TRY to do something and another program is running in our subconscious mind. We try and try and it seems like we're actually moving in the opposite direction.

Practice
This month we'll begin to notice our "trying" mind.

Notice when you are trying to lower your scores. Notice how it doesn't work. You can try to breath correctly, to quiet your mind, to.......you get the idea. Our busy minds are always trying to figure out how it works so they can solve it - they spin and spin and you are no longer listening in your life - you are reacting. When you notice this in yourself...

  1. Stop.
  2. Notice yourself sitting, standing, or lying down
  3. Notice the movement on the screen
  4. Notice that your breathing is happening
  5. Notice the mind begin to burble again or impatience arise or your mind trying to tell you that there is danger here
  6. Allow whatever is here now to be
  7. Stand with whatever is here now
  8. Walk around it and send it love and acceptance
  9. Allow it to leave
  10. Return your attention to the sounds around you or in the audio
  11. Notice if anything else is appearing
  12. Allow it to be present
  13. Allow it to leave

AUDIO SESSIONS
Work with Audio 4 (Wanting), Audio 5 and 15 (Figuring it out) and Audio 6 (Beating Ourselves Up) in the ICAP™ Abundance Course. These exercises are particularly helpful in showing us the trying mind.

Attachments and Aversions (Audio 21 or any specific topic) - Doing attachments and aversions with any subject allows you to begin to see the unconscious behaviors that are at work in your life. Stay present as you do them and allow whatever answers appear to be right. Allow the want that they bring up to appear and and write them down on your worksheet. Then allow the want to leave. Allow yourself to move quickly or slowly as it occurs to you. Allow yourself to believe that they are actually leaving.

The difference between allowing and trying is really not that subtle. One is violent to ourselves and the other is peaceful. One is shouting and pushing and pulling for love, control or safety and the other is listening, acceptance, peace and openness for what is here now.

Let's have a peace movement of our own - let's allow our scores to lower this month. Sounds fun to us here at ICAP™ Technologies. We'll do it too!

Do you have a story to share with us about what happened when you allowed your world this month? We’d love to hear about it.
